How do I make the payment/ Payment methods?
Our delivery agent will collect the cash after giving home delivery of the ordered product(s) for Inside Dhaka and for Outside Dhaka customers have to pay the due amount to the courier service before collecting the product(s).
Is COD available for all delivery areas?
No, cash on delivery is not available for Outside Dhaka locations except for SA Paribahan.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase (an extra delivery charge, sales tax etc.)?
All the charges related to the product will be visible to customers. Customers only need to pay the total amount shown on the invoice after checkout.
